Services are subject to network availability and service verification prior to activation.

2. Pricing & Advertising Information

All prices displayed on the Bright Edge Networks website or in advertising materials:

  • Exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Are correct as of 07 October 2025 and are standard prices, excluding any promotional offers.

  • May be updated or changed without prior notice.

  • KCOM prices shown include a phone line; Bright Edge Networks and Connexin prices do not.

  • All prices are quoted monthly unless otherwise specified.

3. Contracts & Activation

4. Service Performance

Speeds quoted are “up to” figures based on available infrastructure. Actual performance may vary due to line conditions, network congestion, or third-party factors outside the Company’s control. Bright Edge Networks operates on a best-effort basis and is not liable for downtime caused by external infrastructure providers.

5. Customer Support

All customer care for broadband services is provided from within Hull by Bright Edge Networks’ own staff or approved local partners. The Company aims to provide timely, relevant assistance and to maintain service quality throughout the contract term.

6. Data Protection & GDPR Consent

By completing any enquiry or sign-up form on the Bright Edge Networks website, you consent to Bright Edge Networks Ltd and its subsidiaries contacting you by phone, email, or other agreed channels regarding your enquiry or order.

7. Fair Use & Acceptable Use

Use of Bright Edge Networks connectivity services is governed by our Fair Usage and Acceptable Use Policies. Customers must ensure that network usage complies with applicable laws and does not disrupt or degrade service for other users.

8. General

These terms form part of the Bright Edge Networks Ltd master Terms of Service. Where there is any conflict between this addendum and the master Terms of Service, this addendum shall take precedence for broadband and connectivity-related matters.
